Lent Series at Crownhill Methodist
Throughout Lent we will be following a series under the title: 'Becoming the Good News' during our morning worship.
26 February (1st Sunday in Lent) Mark 1:9-15; 'Jesus Who is the Good News' led by Mr Tony Kirk.
4 March (2nd Sunday in Lent) Mark 8:32-38; 'Become the Good News' led by Miss Judith Allen.
11 March (3rd Sunday in Lent) John 2:13-22; 'Holy Space' led by Revd Doug Rix.
18 March (4th Sunday in Lent) John 3:14-21; 'Light for the World' led by Revd Doug Rix.
25 March (5th Sunday in Lent) John 12:20-33; 'Growing and Changing' led by Mr Peter Goodfellow.

Other Information

The Church is open Monday to Wednesday and Friday and Saturday from 10.00 am to 12 noon for prayer, meditaion, conversation and coffee. On a Thursday there is an open Coffee Morning in the Church Hall 10.00 am to 12 noon.

Church Choir:
The choir would welcome new members, especially Sopranos and altos, but anyone who enjoys singing and can read music or is able to sing in parts would be most welcome. Choir Practices at the Church on Thurday evenings at 7.30 pm.
